Recruitment

If I had to pick anything spec wise, I'd say ideally we wanted a mage, a rogue, and someone comfortable playing as both a caster and healer. Namely though at this point, we're looking towards mists recruitment and are looking for people who can reliably make raids long term, have good performance, and attitude toward the game in line with ours. Few specs would really be off the table if you are what we're looking for aside from that.

We raid T, W, Th from 7:30-12 and are only seeking people that can make nearly all of those raids. We understand random lab / pager duty at work / etc comes up, but anyone with recurring trouble making those raid nights won't be considered. Your reliable attendance and notification in case something does pop up are required.

To have your application considered, you pretty much are required to have at least a couple of the following experiences while relevant (and note them in raid experience, and have achievements to match):


3/8 tier 13 HM
4/7 tier 12 HM
5/13 tier 11 HMs (pre 4.2)
11/12 ICC HM pre 4.0 (pref 25)
3/5 ToGC 25
5/5 ToGC 10
Ulduar Drake pre ToC
Nax Drake
Gladiator
Insane

I'm sorry but we're not really interested in people that have finally decided to give playing seriously a try and promise they're good but have never really done anything while it was hard.

While this may be the game and the internet, being willing and able to form complete sentences using actual words will help convince us that we want to spend hours a week with you.

While each member would be evaluated as a trial separately and need to pull their weight, we wouldn't be opposed to a few people joining together from another guild.
